In this Intensive..
you will awaken your sexual energy through dancing with the archetypes and you’ll learn about expanding your pleasure.
Dancing
Each day you explore an archetype, so each day will have a different theme. Dancing with Archetypes is a very powerful method to get deep insights in yourself. Through myths and tales everyone around the world knows the energies of the archetypes. You will use this knowledge inside your body, to awaken parts of yourself that might have been dormant. With the right music, rituals and sounds, you can awaken the archetype within you. When all aspects of you are allowed to come out and play, your natural life energy, your JUICE, can flow freely.
When your Juice is flowing, your body is naturally more relaxed and open to experience pleasure. That is why the combination with conscious touch is so powerful.
The art of pleasure
There is SO much to learn about pleasure! It is not something they teach you in school, or anywhere really. And when shame and guilt are involved, this has a big effect on your ability to enjoy your body.
That is why we, Ârati and Mila, feel deeply passionate about teaching you all about it!
Through sensual dance, massage techniques, sounding, breathing and conscious touch, we hope to show you new pathways. In this intensive you will gain more body awareness, knowledge about your pleasure as well as tools to use in your daily life.
This intensive is for
Everyone who identifies as a woman, or in between genders, from 18 – 180 years old. You don’t need any dance experience, you may even think you can’t dance. All movement is free movement, you won’t learn a choreography.
Everything we suggest is an invitation, you can always do it your own way or not at all. Your boundaries are sacred and you don’t need to do anything you don’t want.
Only when you feel very safe, your body will relax and open up to sensuality and pleasure.

Mila de Bos
Her presence invites you to explore and celebrate your sensuality & feminine power. She works with Sensual Dance & the Archetypes and is deeply passionate about guiding women back home to their bodies.

Ârati Bonte
Ârati works as a somatic sexological bodyworker and mentor of transformation processes in her own practice in Nijmegen. She’s very earthy and sweet and brings delicate subjects in a simple and easy way, with a lot of knowledge.
She was educated as a sexological bodyworker in Australia and Berlin and also teaches Ritual Play, the AUM meditation and she works with the Wheel of Consent.

Far away from civilization you will find this beautiful pictoresque place, where you immediately feel welcome. We love this place! The owners are Jan & Anke and together with their son Toninjo they will cook delicious vegetarian meals for us with lots of love.
This place is beautiful. The workshop space is located in an old dutch shed, completely renovated. With 150 m2 we have ALL the space to dance and touch.
For an extra fee you will have a solo room with private bathroom(!)
There is a sauna too, we will host a special sauna evening during our intensive.
On 10 minutes walking distance is a beautiful natural lake to swim and bathe in.
For €35,- extra you can arrive on wednesday evening the 12th of may. This includes breakfast on the 13th of may.
