What data do we collect?
When you are registered for our newsletter or you attend a class, workshop, course, or you have made any other purchase through our website, you are asked to fill in some data. We only manage data that you have given to us:
- First and last name
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Iban number
For what purpose do we use the personal data?
The data is collected and stored for the following purposes: We use your first name and e-mail address to send confirmation e-mail attachments, purchase confirmations, e-mail notifications about your lessons and purchases and (when you have subscribed to the newsletter) for commercial newsletters. We only do this with the information we have obtained from you when registering for a lesson or workshop or when subscribing to the newsletter. Your first name, email address and phone number that are given to us by you, are used to answer questions when you have reached out to us, to contact you in case of any schedule changes that are of importance to you personally.
Your Data at Loulou Dance
When you are registered for our newsletter and you wish to be removed from our mailing list (in order to not receive any more email from us in the future), you can always unsubscribe by clicking the link which is at the bottom of the email or by contacting us.Your email address will be deleted from our files and will not be saved.Your personal data is stored in our e-mail system and this goes via the servers of MailChimp.

Loulou Dance & Supersaas
When registering for classes, workshops and courses, your personal data will be stored on the Supersaas servers. Supersaas reports the following:

We use the data provided by you to make purchases and registrations for lessons / workshops etc so fast and smooth. We will not sell and / or provide your information to third parties. Your data will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing your order.
In case of a payment in the Supersaas system of Loulou Dance, your transaction will be directed to a website of a Payment Processor through the means of a secure connection. Your payment data will not be passed along to our servers and are also no saved by Loulou Dance.
The only data that we save are:

In the case that we want to inform you about your registration or if there is a modification in our schedule, we will sometimes do this by calling you. - E-mail address
You receive a confirmation email when you purchase something or when you register for a class.
